The Practice
Ship management is a duty taken from the owner, not a substitute for the owner. Title stays where it is. We carry the day-to-day charge: the ship seaworthy, manned, supplied, and in compliance with her flag, her class, and the conventions that apply to her trade.
A managed ship should pass her surveys, keep a stable crew, and spend money the owner can see coming. That is the standard. We will not borrow a history, a fleet list, or a claim we cannot stand behind.

Where the Appointment Is Administered
The office is at Office 1904, The Binary by Omniyat, on 32 Marasi Drive. Dubai is where the appointment is run. The ship may be anywhere she is trading.
